Well Aspirants the most awaited Recruitment to the post of Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways through Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination 2015 is inviting applications.

Date of Notification is 11 October 2014                                                                           Last Date for online application is 07 November 2014
Date of Written Examination is 18 January 2015.

Eligibility Criteria and Age

The candidate must have passed the Intermediate or Equivalent Examination from a recognized University or Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least Physics or Chemistry as one of the subjects of the examination and in case of Graduates with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as their degree subjects. Candidate should have attained the age of 17 years and must not have attained the age of 21 years on 01-01-2015 which means that the candidate should have born not earlier than 02-01-1994 and not latter than 01-01-1998. In case of SC/ST/OBC their is age relaxation as per the rules.

Application Fees and Selection Process:

The Candidate have to pay Rs. 100/- either by depositing the money in any Branch of State Bank of India by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Mysore/ State bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit card and no their is no fees for SC/ ST/ Female/ PH candidates. Based on the Written Examination and Interview the candidates will be selected and shortlisted .

Method of Apply and Instructions to Apply online.

The Eligible candidates can apply online by logging in the upsconline website from 11Oct 2014 to 07 Nov 2014, and the process shall complete on last day 11.59 PM.
While applying online the candidate have to scan photo and signature in .jpg format with file not exceeding 40 KB each and not less than 3 KB for Photo and 1KB for Signature. The Candidate should have valid and active Email id, then log on to the website www.upsconline.nic.in and make necessary entries at ONLINE application gateway. Then once the candidate can select the appropriate Post based on their choice, requirement and fill the mandatory fields like name, gender, etc and click on “ Continue” .Then the system will generate Registration id, which is to be retained for further use, then make payment as mentioned in application fee and retain the details for entering in the respective Registration form. The candidate should re-login again the same website by using the Registration id and date of birth which is past generated, then it is required to fill details after which one should upload scanned photo, signature and then click on “Submit” Button. After which one can take print out of finally submitted application and retain it for future use. Hope this information helps you guys , All the best .
